Teaching Philosophy
Students do their best work when they arrive prepared and are accountable to each other. I keep the rehearsal practices the evidence supports and question the ones that survive only on tradition.

Musical theatre instruction and direction at North Canton City Schools since 2012; marching band and percussion instruction at North Canton, Copley-Fairlawn, and Madison; percussion coaching with the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony. M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology.
